She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Patrick of Burlington; her grandsons, James Patrick Jr., Joshua Patrick (Shannon), Tyler Payne (Whitney), Matthew Patrick (James), Justin Patrick (Melissa) and Brian Patrick (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Paislee, Braxton, Teagan, Hadley, Archer, Joseph, Tyler, Cason and Annabelle.
Memorials have been established for the American Heart Association, the National Kidney Foundation and the American Cancer Society.
