She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Miller and Helen Miller (Balzer); her husband Leonard L. Frank; her brothers, Gary and Marvin Miller; and her brother-in-law John Givens.
She is survived by: her sons, Jacob Woodsmall (Brandy) of Burlington and Lucas Woodsmall (Heather) of Burlington; her siblings, Dale Miller (Lucinda) of Burlington, Joyce Garnsey (Roger) of Monmouth and Diane Givens of Burlington; and her significant other Steve Foudree. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
