She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Billy" Smelser and Virginia Smelser; and her husband Richard E. "Rick" Parrott Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kim Parrott, Richard E. "Rick" Parrott III and William "Bill" Parrott; her grandchildren, Tyler Parrott, Haley Latcham (Austin), Trace Parrott, Lexi Crawley (Brandon), Blake Reusch and Savannah Parrott; her great grandchildren, Ellie Latcham and Kye Crawley; her siblings, Ronnie Smelser, Dwane Savage (Pat) and Julie Peterson; and her aunt Sandra Messler (Marvin). She is also survived by her grandkids and great grandkids.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her memory for the Special Needs Foundation.
