She is survived by: her husband Paul Gorrell of Burlington; her children, David Gorrell (Laura) of Burlington, Becky Nelson (Bryan) of Burlington, Sherry May (Michael) of Burlington, Bruce Gorrell (Sherri) of Burlington and Duane Gorrell (Phyllis) of Danville; her siblings, Cecil Shipman (Iola) of Carthage and Carolyn Read of Olive Branch; Janet Shipman of Blandinsville, Illinois.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorials have been established in her memory for Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center Home Health and Hospice and the American Alzheimer's Association.
