She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Thomas and Carletta M. Gumbo Septer; her spouse Caracci; and her daughter Carla Watson. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Talbott (Jim) of Burlington; her granddaughter Kelsey Talbott (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Rayden, Aries and Elyjah; and her brother George Septer of Salem. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for PAW Animal Shelter in Ft. Madison.
