It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry Blaine Luttenegger of Burlington, Iowa, born in Beloit, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 9, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Luttenegger. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Luttenegger (Taeger); his siblings, Kevin Luttenegger (Demaris), Angie Turner (Rocky) and Brian Luttenegger; his wife Terri Winter; his children, Brock (Melody), Bryce and Kyra Luttenegger; his grandson Mason; and his nieces and nephews, Erika, Abby, Kyle and Levi. He is also survived by father to his three children.
