He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Conrad and Marietta A. Mehmert Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Trinh Than of Burlington; his children, Christopher Conrad and Tiffany Conrad of Burlington; and his siblings, Pat Holt of Davenport, Judi Collora (Sam) of Mount Pleasant, Brenda Menke (Jeff) of Peoria, IL, Frank Conrad (Susan) of Donnellson, Jeff Conrad of Keosauqua, Ron Conrad (Janet) of Orlando, FL and Kevin Conrad (Barb) of Hillsboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
