He is survived by: his mother Nancy Halls; his sister Stephanie Covert (Calvin) of Lomax, IL; his sibling's children, Hayden, Hudson, Henry, Holden and Hadley Covert; his godparents, Ken and Brenda Halls of Douds; his cousin Stephanie Halls of Phoenix, AZ; his aunt Patricia Dumenil of Burlington; and his great-aunt Edie Halls (Jean Lattimer) of Madison, WI. He is also survived by his extended family and his many, many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harmony Bible Church (550 Division St, Webster City, IA 50595).
A memorial has been established in Thomas' memory.
