Valentina Duckstein Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 28, 2022, at the age of 71, Valentina Duckstein of Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sereda and Polina Rokitiauska Sereda; her brothers, Steve and Mike Sereda; and her great grandchild Trisslyn Marie Jones.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Duckstein of Burlington; her daughter Tammy Meyer (Ralph) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Zachary Determan (Nicolle) of Nebraska, Grant Jones (Alyssa) of Burlington and Rebecca Richards of Burlington; her great grandchild Brielle Determan; and her siblings, Stan Sereda (Lorraine) of Spokane, WA, Vic Sereda (Lila) of Burlington, Jim Sereda of Burlington, Jon Sereda (Lily) of Burlington and Bonnie Warnock (Jack) of Liberty, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House.
