He was predeceased by: his parents, Orren Clark and Charlene Clark (Mynatt); his sister Renee Sandy; and his nephew Garrett Sandy. He is survived by: his daughters, Anika Chalupa (Quinton Smothers) and Hannah Ervin (Zach); his grandchildren, Jenna Chalupa, Kairi Lindo, Spencer Ervin and Leon Ervin; his sister Vicki Dunlap (Robert); his nieces, Andrea Archey and Laura Thompson; his nephew Grant Sandy; and his pet Daisi. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
His friends were important to him and he appreciated the camaraderie of riding his Harley with them - doing charity runs with ABATE, and cruising the back roads on a nice summer day.
