It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William A. Schwind of Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Philip and Susie Mae Harden Schwind; his stepfather Ellis Long; and his son-in-law Greg Boyles. He is survived by : his wife Mary of Paul's Catholic Church; and his children, Janice Boyles, Judith Wagner (Tim), Jacalyn Mehaffy, David Schwind (Brenda) and Darrin Schwind. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.

A memorial has been established for Boy Scouts of America or Burlington Notre Dame School.
