He was predeceased by: his parents, John Emil and Olive Lucille Person (Smith); his wife Gail Person; his sisters, Betty Engelby (Carlos), Jackie Nelson (Donald) and Ilene "Patti" Krause; and his nephews, Barry Preston and Donald Pettit.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Person of Lone Rock, Michael Person (Datura) of Eastsound, WA, Teri Kathman (David) of Spencer, Gary Person of Lone Rock and Amy Bierstedt (Michael) of Fenton. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
