He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Aldridge; his daughters, Amanda Hoeksema (Christopher) of Ankeny, Anessa Johnson of Bussey and Alysha Van Wyk of Pella, Iowa; his grandchildren, Alayna, Dazy, Raven and Nori; and his siblings, Sonja Binns of Knoxville, Chris Moody of Centerton, Rodney Kendall of California, Victoria Johnson of Oskaloosa, Tammy Vandenberg of Knoxville and Ted Johnson of Des Moines.
