With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Kock of Calmar, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on April 27, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kock and Icena Koenigsfeld (Schriever); his stepfather Art Koenigsfeld; his brother Kenny; his sister-in-law Joyce Kock; his granddaughter Elliana Kock; and his great-niece Landri Burgart.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Kock of Calmer; his sons, Brad Cook (Ann) of Davenport, Brent Kock (Nikki) of Clive and Craig Kock (Libbie) of Brooklyn Park, MN.; his sister Marian Schneider (Robert) of Waverly; and his grandchildren, Carter, Claire Cook, Joseph, Andy, Charlie Kock, Carson, Camren and Evelyn Kock.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calmar Lutheran Church (200 East St, Calmar, IA 52132). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
