He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Heying and Rose Heying; his grandson Isaac Wiltgen; his parents-in-law, Ernest and Alice Frey; and his in-laws, Paul Heying, Greg, Helen Heying, Melvin Hageman, Dennis, Marion Heying, John, Louise Heying, Betty, Jim Breuss, Jim Bouska, Cletus Bouska, Dick Trewin and Patsey Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Lisa Hanson (Randy), Linda Heying (Dean Manternach) and LuAnn Wiltgen (Mark); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Kempel (Jake), Jordan Hanson, Thea Manternach, Sophia Manternach (Maxim Mandel), Daron Omar (Shawn), Michaela Wiltgen (Chase Lienhard), Grace Manternach (Miranda Cason) and Micah Manternach; his great grandchildren, Faith Kempel, Charley Kempel, Eversynn Omar, Jameson Kempel and Weston Omar; his siblings, Doris Bouska, Lorna Bouska, Carl Heying (Carol), Robert Heying (Tina), Mary Ann Trewin and Susan Heying; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Heying and Fred Miller; and also Jodi Sorensen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
