She is survived by: her husband Bob Collins of Camanche; and her children, Tammy Scharff of Belvidere, John Scharff (Heidi) of Bettendorf and Michelle Jackson (Jim) of Bettendorf. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
