He was predeceased by: his son Larry (Char); his in-laws, Bill and Evelyn Darby; his sister Kay; and his brother-in-law Ron Schroeder.

He is survived by: his wife Rosann Raymond of Camanche, IA; his son Kevin Raymond (Terri) of Maquoketa, IA; his grandchildren, Katelyn (Joshua Andresen), Alyssa Burks (Carter) and Mitchell Raymond (Sierra); his great grandchildren, Braxton, Ronan, Presley, Parker and Carver; his half-sister Diana Stuhldryer (Dennis) of Boone, IA; and his extended family, Ray and Wendy House. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
