She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Hartley and Sarah Hartley (George); her husband Clifford Kahler (Skip); and her siblings, Joe, Ben, Alvie and Florence.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Kahler (DaLene) of Cambridge, Crystal Hughes (Mike) of Cambridge, Amber Weeks (Jay) of Ankeny and Wade (Pam) of Cambridge; and her grandchildren, Haylie, Mathew, Demi, Brandon, Shelbi, Katlyn and Ashley. She is also survived by 8 great - grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cambridge Fire Department.
