He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Anthony and Margaret Anthony; and his brother Jack Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Anthony; his sons, Michael Anthony, Jon Anthony, Phillip Anthony, Brett Anthony, Jeff Mease and Jason Mease; and his sister Linda Johnson (Jerry).
