He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Lewis and Neva Lewis; and his siblings, Brian Lewis and Cherie Amadeo. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lewis; his children, Emilie Meyer (Greg), Andrew Lewis (Charli), Nathaniel Lewis (Katie) and Maggie Lewis; his stepchildren, Karen Wilson, Mark Wilson (Tracy) and Crystal Wilson; his grandchildren, Asher, Branch, Ruby, Ruthie, Effie, William, Michael, Meghan (Amy), Caanan, Micheala and Jared; and his brother Craig Lewis. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
