He was predeceased by: his son Kenny Hook; his parents, Jesse Hook and Wilma Hook; and his sisters, Zina Lee Hardin and Connie Chappell.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hook; his daughter Cheryl Yanske; his son-in-law Terry Yanske; his grandchildren, Jaime Hook and Jessica Yanske (Klages); his great grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Harper, Blair and Leyton Klages; and his sisters, Jan Thran, Bonnie Hook, MaryAnn Sifford and Marie Snodgrass.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM, at 11:30 AM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
