He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Riesselman and Celia Riesselman (Muhlbauer); his parents-in-law, Hugo and Katherine Werner; his daughter Lori Anthofer; his siblings, Sophia Sailer (Martin), Lila Handlos (Frank) and Joe, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Addie Buelt (Bert) and Ray Werner (Marie).
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Behrens (Ken) of Templeton, Bob Riesselman (Jodi) of Longville, Shari Beyer (Dan) of Carroll and Joe Riesselman (Jennifer) of Halbur; and his son-in-law Rick Anthofer (Jane) of Breda. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
