We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2023, at the age of 87, Arlene Wolterman of Carroll, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Thelen and Barbara Thelen (Snyder) of Glidden, Iowa.; her husband Ray; her parents-in-law, AJ and Elizabeth Wolterman; and her siblings, Larry, Shirley, Darlene and Betty.

She is survived by : her children, Peggy Carlson of Mapleton, Daryl Wolterman of Omaha, Beth Wenck (Lynn) of Lidderdale, Todd Wolterman (Terri) of Omaha and Craig Wolterman (Courtney) of Ankeny; her sisters, Jan Olson (Ed) of Randolph and Phyllis Broich (Larry) of Leon; and her sister-in-law Lucy Wolterman of Jefferson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed volunteering at the St. Anthony Auxiliary Gift and Coffee Shop and for the RSVP program.
