She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bruggeman and Alma Bruggeman (Wenck); her husband Duane Taphorn; her sister Marilyn Ruchti (Gene); her in-laws, Christine and Joseph Taphorn; her daughter Cathy Taphorn; her son-in-law Mike Snyder; and her brother-in-law Ronald Taphorn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Jorgensen (Doug) of Carroll and Christy Snyder (Shannon Railsback) of Carroll; her grandchildren, Sadie Reisz (Jeff) and Keaton Railsback; her son-in-law Scott Strader of Littleton, CO; her grandchildren, Tasha Minnehan (Jon), Tacie Clark (Jimmy) and Halie Renze (Zach); and her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Tucker, Axel, Wyatt, Emmett, Isla and Walker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Anthony Hospice, St. Anthony Nursing Home, or the Carroll Animal Rescue.
