He is survived by: his wife Cindy Flack of Carroll; his children, Eric Balm (Vicki) of Papillion, NE, Michael Balm of Lincoln, NE and Angela Balm White (Alfonza) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Jimmy (Michelle), Stacy, Jaxson (Macy), Ameera, Benjamin, Ethan and Charlotte; his brother Jason (Sharon); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Gingery (Robert) of Carroll and Kathy Matthews of Hamburg, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
