He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruvilla Rowedder and Verna Rowedder (Stammer); his wife Carol Potthoff; his in-laws, Henry and Clementine Potthoff; his siblings, Marjorie Stribe (Dean) and David Rowedder; and his in-laws, Joyce Wright (Richard), Ernest Rupiper, Melvin Potthoff (Betty), Norbert Potthoff (Irma), Merle Potthoff (Lila) and Donald Hinners.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Hoffman (Tony) of Carroll and Sara Kitt (Jerry) of Carroll; his grandchildren, Hannah Rowedder (Eric Jagielo), Emma Hoffman and Jack Hoffman; his brother Dale Rowedder (Deon) of Caroll; and his sisters-in-law, Arlene Rupiper of Carroll and Lois Hinners of Carroll. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and bonus grandchildren and many friends.
