He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John "Jack", Edna Ramsey, Dale and Colleen Linn; and his uncles, John Jr. "Jackie" and Charles "Tub" Ramsey.
He is survived by: his parents, Lynn Dean and Kathleen Ramsey (Linn) of Templeton; his sister Heather Øktedalen (Ramsey); his brother-in-law Øve Øktedalen of Nore, Norway.; his nephew Bjørn; and his niece Nadia Øktedalen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
