She is survived by: her parents, Gary Borkowski and Marilyn Borkowski (Hoffmann) of Carroll; her brother Ryan Borkowski (Jessica) of Halbur; her nieces, Theresa Borkowski and Raegan Ellis; and her nephew Matthew Borkowski. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, other extended relatives and many friends.
