Kevin Schultz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Schultz of Carroll, Iowa, who passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kevin Schultz to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Schultz and Dorothy Schultz (Lowry); his brother Byron Schultz; his in-laws, Delores, Roy Lidbeck, Marilyn, Merlyn Zubrod, Billy Wanninger, Duane Irlmeier and Harry Reiman; and also, William Wanninger Sr. and Teresa Wanninger.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Schultz of Carroll; his sister-in-law Jean Schultz (Byron) of Helena, Montana; his siblings, David Schultz (Karen) of Parker, Colorado, Greg Schultz (Sue) of Woodbine, Rosie Jones (David) of Tekamah, Nebraska, Rita Sterkel (Jerry) of Waterloo, Nebraska, Rhonda Schultz of Atlantic, Aaron Schultz of Omaha, Nebraska, Tony Schultz of Council Bluffs, Johna Belling (Jeff) of Omaha, Nebraska and Terry Schultz (Martha) of Geneseo, Illinois; his siblings-in-law, Lois Croghan (Peter) of Manning, Teresa Wurr (Tom) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Mark Wanninger (Bonnie) of Manning and Lue Wanninger of Manning; and also, Pauline Irlmeier of Altoona and Sally Reiman of Carroll. He is also survived by 45 nieces and nephews; 71 great nieces and nephews and 15 great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM. A wake was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Home (226 W 8th St, Carroll, IA 51401). A Mass was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Church – St. John (1607 N West St, Carroll, IA 51401). A burial was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
