It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly Hilgenberg of Carroll, Iowa, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepfather David Newlon. She is survived by: her husband Travis; her children, Kolby Hilgenberg (Kelsey), Teryn Decker (Brandon) and Kyndal Hilgenberg (Austin); her grandchildren, Audrie Decker, Jovey Hilgenberg, Jaxson Decker and Maizey Hilgenberg; her parents, Judith Holliman and Terry Holliman (Barb); her parents-in-law, Richard and Gae Hilgenberg; her siblings, Tadd Holliman and Kelly Jones (Greg); her siblings-in-law, Tiffany Fatka (Matt), Tyler Hilgenberg (Brooke) and Trevor Hilgenberg (Tia); and her friends, Lisa, Steve Irlbeck, DeAnn, Mark Wittrock, Karen, Bill Prebeck, Faye and Rod Halbur. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other extended relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left at the funeral home for the St. Anthony Cancer Center.
