She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stangl and Mildred Stangl (Vanderloo); her in-laws, Margaret and Henry Frank; her husband Eldon Frank; her brothers, Richard and Don Stangl; and her sisters-in-law, Velma Auen (Arthur "Bud") and Ila Oxendale (John).
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Wheeler (Timothy) of Des Moines, Sharon Gottsch (Derwin) of Carroll, Brenda Darling (Zach) of Des Moines and Connie Warne of Des Moines; her sister Shirley Gute of Carroll; and her sister-in-law Myra Stangl of Carroll. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
