She is survived by: her husband Paul Venner of Carroll; her sister Anita Tegels (Joe) of Carroll; her children, Jim Venner (Becky) of Breda, Elizabeth Kurt (Tom) of Ames, Tom Venner (Julie) of Boone, Dale Venner (Kimi) of Cedar Rapids, Joan Frazier (Jeffrey) of Ackley and Mark Venner (Robin Pruisner) of McCallsburg; her son-in-law Frank Smith of Missouri Valley; and her grandchildren, Steve Smith (Beth) of Council Bluffs, Stefanie Smith of Des Moines, Stuart Smith (Kat) of Huntington Beach, California, Justin Venner (Jessie) of Carroll, Jacqueline Senske (Nick) of Roland, Kelly George (Corey) of Plant City, Florida, John Venner (Adrienne) of Methven, Jacob Venner (Stephanie) of Andover, Minnesota, Channelle Tyrrell (Andrew) of Cedar Rapids, Chane Venner (Darcy) of Chama, Nick Frazier (Ella) of Omaha, Nebraska, Ella Holden (Clay) of Norwalk and Rachel Zach (Nelson) of Anita. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left at the funeral home or the church for Garden View Assisted Living.
