She was predeceased by: her parents, August Schnuettgen and Matilda Schnuettgen (Kohls); her in-laws, Henry and Mary Langenfeld; her son Dale Langenfeld; her grandson Jason Langenfeld; and her great grandchild Briggs Heiman.
She is survived by: her husband Merle Langenfeld; her children, Glen Langenfeld (Pat) of Mesa, AZ, Mary Vivyan (James) of Willey, Terry Langenfeld of Sioux Falls, SD, LuAnn Langenfeld of Sartell, MN, Sharon Smith (Shane) of Crescent, Eileen Langenfeld of Carroll, Teresa Schweers of Glidden, Peggy Klocke (Jeff) of Willey and Chris Langenfeld of Glidden; and her sister-in-law Jean Croghan (Tom) of Omaha. She is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; thirty eight great-grandchildren; one great great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A rosary will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Dahn & Woodhouse Funeral Home - Carroll (705 N Carroll St, Carroll, IA 51401). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 1:30 PM.
