He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Snyder and Frances Snyder (Osterholdt); his wife Phyllis Zerwas; his in-laws, Eugene and Zita Zerwas; his siblings, Alvina Wieland (Paul), Lorraine Boell (Virgil), Albert Snyder (Charlene), Jack Snyder (Gladys) and Ron Bruning (Marvel); his son-in-law Jim McNeil; and his grandchildren, Robert Snyder and Sarah Saldi-Skoog.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Skoog (Eric) of Denison, Lawrence Snyder (Lora) of Halbur, John Snyder (Debra) of Lake View, Kenny Snyder (Nancy) of Carroll, David Snyder (Michelle) of Glidden, Angie McNeill of Prior Lake, MN, Jim Snyder (Donna) of Carroll, Curt Snyder (Jennifer) of Carroll and Phillip Snyder (Michele) of Indianapolis, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Anne Allen (Tom), Lois Bandow (Tom) and Phillip Zerwas (Jean). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
