She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Sapp and Doris Sapp (Schachtner); her nephew Kavon Hahn; and her close friend Dale Reineke. She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Schulte (Jeff), Tammy Sapp, Tim Sapp (Joann) and Jeff Sapp (Ramona). She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews and their spouses, and many great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A Mass was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Church – St. John (1607 N West St, Carroll, IA 51401). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Church (1607 N West St, Carroll, IA 51401).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left at the funeral home or the church for Austin's Army.
