He was predeceased by: his brothers, Franklin Gravett, Jack Gravett and William Gravett; his son Michael Gravett; and his stepson Rob Henderson.
He is survived by: his former wives, Virginia Kay Bare, Karen Kjelgaard (Hecker) and Cheryl Haines; his wife Carol Joan Henderson (McKenzie) of Carson; his children, Sharie Dinklage (Lee) of Malvern, Cindy Sayers (John) of Malvern, Roy Gravett (Kim) of Treynor, Vicki Kvaal (Bob) of Emporia, KS and Callie Kallsen of Carson; his stepsons, Rod Henderson (Sheryl) and Rhett Henderson (Lindsey); and his brother Galen Gravett. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Loess Hills Funeral and Cremation Center - Carson (420 S Oak St, Carson, IA 51525). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
