He was predeceased by : his parents, Dennis Dean and Marcia Dean (Sachs). He is survived by : his sister Erin Dean Kampschneider; his nephew Pryce Kampschneider; his close friend Dawn Bowman; and his aunts and uncles, Kristie Sachs Mosher, Glenda (Bill Rathjen), Carolyn (Jim Grasmick), Hunington (Suzy Sachs) and Donald (Reggie Dean).

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Standing Bear Lake Under the Outdoor Pavilion (6404 N 132nd St, Omaha, NE 68164).
