He is survived by: his stepchildren, Tricia Thornton (Aaron) and Andy Pruitt; his sisters-in-law, Susan Rupp of Omaha, NE, Sandra Brittain of Omaha, NE, Beverly Barrett of Council Bluffs, IA and Sharron Price (Tom) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Shawn Smith Jr. and Samantha Smith; and his great grandchildren, Skyla Smith, Saylor Smith and Salina Smith.
