He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hawkins and Cleora Hawkins; his brother Charles; and his foster sister Angie Sauser. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Mike (Kim), Justin (Meghean), Eric (Tracy) and Angie; his grandchildren, Sam, Logan, Cooper, Carter, Collin, Lily and Keaton; his siblings, Rick (Marilyn) and Robin (Roy); his in-laws, Joanne Hawkins, Don, Janet, Leroy, Shirley, Kenny, Donna, Paul, Kathy and Mark Biermann; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Dorthy Biermann.
