He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor "Roy" and Gail; his brother Bruce Greenwood; his uncle Rollie Greenwood; and his cousin Cindy.

He is survived by: his aunts, Patty Greenwood of Monticello, IA and Joyce McBrien (Gary) of Bettendorf, IA; his niece Megan Cortez-Mares of Colorado; and his cousins, Kim, Kandy, Kristy, Kerry, Vicky and Candy.
