She is survived by: her daughter Anthea Lyn; her husband David Stolk; her daughters, Shannon Crain (Mark) and Annie Coombs (Toby); her grandchildren, Avery and Kasen Coombs of Van Meter; her brothers-in-law, John Stolk and Paul Stolk (Amanda); her sibling's children, Jodie, Tyler, Mindy, Carri, Sam, Tabitha and Chris; Deja Crain of Des Moines.
In her honor, memorial contributions may be made to the pet rescue organization of your choice or to the Casey United Methodist Church.
