We announce the death of Marilyn Louise Ludwig of Casey, Iowa, who passed away on June 1, 2026, at the age of 91. Marilyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hearn and Marguerite Hearn; her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Ludwig; her children, Kenneth Jr. and Carol; her siblings, Richard Hearn (Bernice) and Barbara Boatwright (Dan); her siblings-in-law, Marjorie Root (George Sr.), Elaine Shearer (Harold), Donald Ludwig and Thomas Ludwig; and her parents-in-law, Christopher and Esther Ludwig.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Morales and Linda Smith (Brian); her grandchildren, Lindsay Miller (Allan), Brad Lengel (Krystal) and Jennifer Morales; her great grandchildren, Blake and Kasen; her children-in-law, Cindy Baudler (Mick) and Tom Lengel; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Ludwig, Betty Ludwig and Maxine Ludwig. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, church family, and friends.
