She was predeceased by : her mother Connie Green (Sherman); and also, Nicki Averhoff, Rachel Green, Melvin Sherman, Rose Marie Sherman and Ivan Averhoff.

She is survived by : her children, Trey Averhoff of Clarksville and Brianna Dietz of Clarksville; her sister Callie Green of Waverly; her father Charles Averhoff; and her brothers, Lee Averhoff (Melanie) of Austin, Adam Averhoff of Clarksville, Levi Green of Clarksville and Mike Mehmen (Jennifer Relick) of Columbus, Ohio..
