He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Ryherd; his children, Duane Ryherd (Saundra) of Tripoli, Micheal Ryherd (Karrie) of Waterloo and Sandra McGinn of Waverly; his grandchildren, Jarred Ryherd (Maile), Micheala Hala (Brody), Ashley Vogeler (Clayton) and Blake Ryherd; his great grandchildren, Dane, Elliot Ryherd, Brooks and Isabella Hala; his siblings, Sara Lorenzen (Arlo) of Rockford and Charles Ryherd (Pat) of Alta, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Jill Ryherd of Macon and Beverly Knebel-Gress of Waterloo.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (218 2nd St SE, Waverly, IA 50677). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
