Bonna leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Bonna’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Bonna will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Grotegut and Evangeline Grotegut (Stock); her husband Neil Sanderman; her sister Joanne Groth; her granddaughter Alicia Sanderman; and her nephew Craig Martins.
She is survived by: her children, LuAnn Stoakes (Steve) of Waterloo, IA, Robert Sanderman (Barbara) of Far Hills, NJ and Judy Johnson (Scott) of Brownsville, MN. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon.
