He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Lela Williams; and his nephew Efrain Worthington. He is survived by: his wife Shanda Murphy of Bronson; his parents, Mike Murphy and Jacquie Murphy of Newton, Iowa; his sister Michele Worthington (Brad) of Newton, Iowa; his father-in-law Norman Williams of Sioux City; and his siblings-in-law, Shane Williams (Angie) of Bronson, Shauna Yockey (Jason) of Hornick and Sheri Counterman (Shawn) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
