He is survived by: his wife Lynne Staker (Lorenz); his children, Danielle Calhoun (Erik) and Justin Staker (Kerri Houck); his grandchildren, Everett Calhoun, Sawyer, Alice and Freya Staker; and his brother Cal Staker (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
