He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ackerson and Geraldine Ackerson (Saul); his wife Kathy Dietrick; and his siblings, Joe and Diane.
He is survived by: his children, Scott (Jammie), Bobbi and Billy Ackerson; his grandchildren, DJ, Jaelin, Blaise, MarShawn, Dane and Ryker; his brother Jack Ackerson (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Coates and Barbara Ackerson.
