He is survived by: his wife Sarah Carlson (Pape); his children, Scott Gilroy (Heather) of Cedar Falls, Tim Gilroy (Mindy) of Cedar Falls, Noelle Carlson of Cedar Falls, Cameron Carlson (Viet Le) of Portland, OR and Kerri Hall (Josh) of Ames; his grandchildren, Dayna, Collin Schuur, Kenzie, Sophie and Stella Gilroy; and his great grandchild Stevie Snowden.
