He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Waller and Yvonne L. Waller (Kidder). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Rutan of Cedar Falls; his daughters, Michelle Knoebel (Lee) of Dyersville, Kimberly Waller (Terry Jones) of Cedar Falls and Jennifer Schear (Brian) of Cedar Rapids; and his brother Ronald Waller (Barbara) of Lake Bay, WA.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
